Room for an entourage? Jeremy Piven wants $10M for Malibu pad

“Entourage” star Jeremy Piven has put his Malibu home on the market for $10.5 million amid speculation that he’s eyeing new digs near Laurel Canyon.

But he’s not betting on finding a buyer right away. The beachfront pad is also listed as a furnished summer rental for $40,000 per month.

Piven first listed the three-story home as a short-term luxury rental, asking between $35,000 and $50,000 per month, in 2014. This is the first time he’s entertained a sale, Variety reported.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home has a Jacuzzi on the living room balcony, a mirror-walled yoga room, a sauna and a media room. Piven purchased the property in July 2004 for $3.5 million, records show.

Though the actor is best know for his star turn as Hollywood agent Ari Gold, he’s also been dabbling in movies in recent months. He’s currently set to star in the comedy “All Star Weekend” alongside Jamie Foxx and Eva Longoria.
