Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have built a reputation as savvy house flippers, but they’ve had to swallow a small loss on their most recent deal.

The couple parted with one of two luxury condos they owned at the Beverly West tower in Westwood for $6 million, $200,000 less than they paid for the home in 2014.

The final sale price was also well below the original asking price of $7.5 million, Variety reported.

The couple still owns the unit next door — the only other apartment on the floor — which is on the market for $7.9 million.

The 3,813-square-foot unit they sold has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows. It comes with access to 24-hour valet and doorman services, a gym with a Pilates studio and an outdoor saltwater pool and spa.

Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency Inc. had the listing. Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage represented the unidentified buyer.

DeGeneres and de Rossi have been in selling mode. They listed their nearly 17-acre estate in Santa Barbara for $45 million in March. [Variety]Subrina Hudson
