Model and television personality Tyra Banks is “smizing” on Pacific Palisades.
Banks, who coined the term which means to smile with your eyes, purchased her third property in the Palisades for $1.4 million, or $713 per square foot.
The end-unit townhome in the Highlands Villas has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with views of the mountains. The master suit has vaulted ceilings, a balcony and a soaking tub and steam shower, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Banks purchased the 1,852-square-foot home, built in 1977, through a trust.
Nicolas Beauvy of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage had the listing. James Respondek of Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.
The model behind shows “America’s Next Top Model” and “The Tyra Banks Show” sold her Spanish Colonial-style home in Beverly Hills last year for $6.33 million. She then bought her first Palisades home for $7.4 million, according to the L.A. Times.
