Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig is ready to move to second base.
The 26-year-old baseball star has listed his Sherman Oaks Mediterranean villa for $2.3 million, just two years after buying it for $1.8 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Spanning 4,600 square feet, the 2003-built residence features a two-story entry, an open-plan living area, six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Outside, there’s a swimming pool with a spa and a built-in barbecue.
Alexis Nassif and Diana Diaz of Dilbeck Real Estate share the listing.
Meanwhile, Puig’s team is doing a little bit of shopping of its own. The Dodgers has been secretly looking for a buyer for Dodgers Stadium field naming rights, seeking a hefty premium of $12 million per season. [LAT] — Cathaleen Chen
