Kylie Jenner is giving her best beauty queen wave to the Calabasas starter home she owned for two years.
The 19-year-old makeup mogul and social media star sold her two-story home for $3.15 million, about $750,000 less than its original asking price.
The 5,100-square-foot home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms with one bedroom refashioned as a “glam room,” the Los Angeles Times reported.
Jenner purchased the Tuscan-style home in March 2015 for $2.6 million. She was reported to be nearing a deal to sell the home on Prado de Oro earlier this month.
The property first hit the market last summer asking $3.9 million. It most recently listed at $3.3 million, according to the L.A. Times.
Tomer Fridman of Compass had the listing. April Lopez of RE/MAX Traditions represented the buyer.
While Jenner may have said goodbye to one home, the youngest of the Kardashian clan still owns three additional properties in the guard-gated Hidden Hills enclave. [LAT] — Subrina Hudson
