It’s official: Jay-Z and Beyoncé have finalized their purchase of a new Bel Air mansion.

The superstar couple finally sealed the deal on the 30,000-square-foot home this week, paying $90 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. The transaction, which has not yet been recorded in public records, would be the priciest in L.A. so far this year.

The spec house, developed by Dean McKillen, has four outdoor swimming pools, a wellness and spa center, a 15-car garage, eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

The duo have rented homes in the area for years – most recently, a $400,000 per month Malibu compound – but finally put in an offer on the home at 454 Cuesta Way this spring. The original asking price was $135 million.

McKillen purchased the original property, designed by Weston & Weston architects in 1928, for $15 million in 2013. The new house was completed last year. [LAT]Naiwen Tian
