Updated: Monday, August 28, 2017, 12:00 a.m.: Singer Della Reese’s old home has been replaced by a new mansion – which is more glamorous, and of course, more expensive.

ANR Development Company, in partnership with LLCs linked to San Diego-based investor Pathfinder Partners, just listed an 11,800-square-foot spec mansion on the lot of Reese’s old house for $21.9 million, Los Angeles Times reported. It first appeared in the market in April at $23.5 million.

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom house, which overlooks the Stone Canyon Reservoir, features a large kitchen and dining area with sliding glass doors, a guest house, a movie theater, a yoga studio and a zero-edge pool.

Reese lived in her home atop of one of the highest ridges in Bel Air for over 30 years before selling it to the ANR partnership in 2014. The firm redeveloped it, doubling its size.
