Leave it to Malibu to offer up swanky, million-dollar mobile homes with pricey HOA fees.

A new listing for this type of abode is tied to celebrity David Arquette. The actor and producer is selling his renovated mobile home in the Point Dume Club with an asking price of $1.8 million. It has a monthly HOA fee of $2,248.

The modern-style pad has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Variety reported. Its wraparound deck offering views of the ocean and coastline.

Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland has the listing.

The gated mobile home park was developed in 1970. It has a heated swimming pool, saunas, tennis court and clubhouse, according to the park’s website.

Last month, Arquette and his wife, “Access Hollywood Live” correspondent Christina Arquette, paid $4.6 million for a 4,332-square-foot home in Encino. The couple also said goodbye to their English Craftsman-style home in Hancock Park, which sold for $8.3 million in June. [Variety] — Subrina Hudson
