The entire cast of “Modern Family” could fit in a home which just sold for a record-breaking price.

The property on Woodacres Road, which borders the Riviera Country Club, sold for $41.08 million, Mansion Global reported. That makes it the priciest single-family home sale in Santa Monica’s history.

An entity with a tax address linked to Kevin L. Washington, son of Montana-based billionaire Dennis Washington, purchased the 43,379-square-foot home in the off-market transaction.
The home has four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home theater and a gym. Outside the home, there is a solar-heated swimming pool.
