French singer and composer Sébastien Izambard of the pop-opera quartet Il Divo is opting for a lower note this time.
The musician relisted his Malibu farmhouse on Harvester Road at a more than $2 million discount to its previous listing. It is now $12.95 million, down from $15.9 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The house sits on five acres above the prestigious Zuma Beach and has eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, a garden with ocean views, a guest house and a tennis court.
Izambard paid $4 million for the 7,800-square-foot home in 2011, property records show.
