In the land of the slashes — actor/DJ/model/stylist — many celebrities are adding “home flipper” to the mix.

Case in point: OneRepublic’s frontman Ryan Tedder. He recently sold a home Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber for $11.63 million, after initially purchasing it in 2014 for $7.5 million, Variety reported.

The 5,400-square-foot home on Loma Vista Drive in Beverly Hills’ Trousdale Estates area has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. A grassy courtyard, coral tree, dining area and swimming pool can be found outside.

Partners Trust David Gray had the listing. Westside Estate Agency represented the buyers.

Tedder, who’s written hits for Madonna and Beyonce, and his wife Genevieve remodeled the 1959-built house with Alvarez Morris Architectural Studio.

Longtime model Crawford and her businessman husband also own a property in Malibu. The two teamed up with George Clooney and Mike Meldman to create Casamigos tequila, which recently sold in a deal reportedly worth $1 billion. [Variety] – Natalie Hoberman
