The weather is finally cooling in Los Angeles and actor Ben Affleck is not about to spend the winter months alone.

Affleck was spotted house-hunting with his new girlfriend, “Saturday Night Live” producer Lindsay Shookus, PageSix reported. The actor recently moved out of a family home he shared with longtime ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

Affleck and Shookus visited an $18.5 million home in Santa Monica, a $12 million home in the Pacific Palisades and a Brentwood estate listed for $12 million.

At $18.5 million, the Santa Monica home on E. Channel Road has eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms across 9,420 square feet.

Although unconfirmed, it’s possible Shookus was just accompanying Affleck for the real estate ride. [PS]Natalie Hoberman
