Did someone say “Real Housewives of…Encino?”

The Bravo star and her husband, Agency co-founder Maurico Umansky, dropped $8.25 million for “the Smokey Robinson Estate” in the highest-priced sale in Encino this year, Page Six reported. A property nearby, on Hayvenhurst Drive, sold for $6.9 million earlier in July.

Under the ownership of developer Gidi Cohen, the home underwent a substantial renovation in which a 1,600-square-foot guesthouse, new swimming pool and spa and balcony were added to the estate.

It includes seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a library, home theater and marble fireplaces within its 10,600 square feet of space. Outside, a picnic gazebo and putting green complete the property.

Cohen paid $3.25 million for the home last year, records show. It previously belonged to entertainment entrepreneur Mike Greenfield and before then, iconic R&B singer-songwriter William “Smokey” Robinson Jr.

Fittingly, Craig Knizek of the Agency had the listing. Umansky represented himself.

Richards, who began her career as a child actress in the 1970s, has become a household name thanks to her recurring role on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” She’s been filming her new series, “American Woman,” based on her own experiences growing up in Hollywood. It is slated to premiere early 2018. [PS]Natalie Hoberman
