One might say the land was “Touched by an Angel.”

A self-made Chinese billionaire paid $19.25 million for the 11,800-square-foot spec mansion developed on the singer’s former property at 1910 Bel Air Road in the upper Bel Air neighborhood. It first appeared on the market in April for $23.5 million, and then in August for a reduced $21.9 million.

ANR Development Company, in partnership with LLCs linked to San Diego-based investor Pathfinder Partners, acquired the 1951-built home in 2014 for $7.5 million, records show. Prior to the sale, it served as the personal home of singer and actress Della Reese for 30 years.

The home, designed by Rees Studio, now includes six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a gym/yoga studio, a home theater, a detached guest house, an infinity edge pool with a cascading hot tub, a motor court and dual double garages. Motorized sliding walls connect the inside and outside.
