Game show host Wayne Brady is hoping to make a deal in Sherman Oaks.

The comedian listed his 4,200-square-foot estate at Beverly Glen Terrace in Sherman Oaks for $3 million, Variety reported.

The single-story residence includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gated driveway and a wet bar. A swimming pool with hot tub, barbeque grill, and lawn complete the 30,000-square-foot lot.

Brady purchased the home roughly two years ago for $2.5 million, property records show.

Laura Piller Plourde of Rodeo Realty has the listing.

The “Let’s Make A Deal” host also lends his voice to the animated series “Sofia the First” and is a series regular on the improv show, “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” As for his real estate portfolio, Brady sold two properties circa 2015 — a villa in Sherman Oaks for $1.75 million and a condo in the Pacific Palisades for $1.8 million.
