From TRD LA: Singer-turned-judge Adam Levine is now looking to add one more notch on his belt.

The “Moves Like Jagger” singer is seeking $18.9 million for the Holmby Hills estate he purchased with his wife, Behati Prinsloo, in early August, Variety reported. It is being marketed as a perfect opportunity to “remodel or redevelop.”

Designed by architect Caspar Ehmcke, the single-story residence has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms within 9,220 square feet. A two-story guesthouse, swimming pool and poolhouse cabana and three-car garage complete the outside.

Levine and Prinsloo purchased the home for $18 million just four short months ago, propety records show.

Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency has the listing.

The singer is best known for his role as the frontman of “Maroon 5,” famous for hits including “She Will Be Loved” and “Sunday Morning,” and as a judge on NBC’s reality television series “The Voice.” He and his model wife also have a 7,000-square-foot Beverly Crest residence above Benedict Canyon.
