“American Idol” is coming back, and Simon Cowell is coming to Malibu.
The former host of the incredibly popular singing competition show has spent $25 million on a house in the city located right along the Pacific Coast Highway, according to TMZ. The property spans 10,000 square feet and has amenities including seven bedrooms, a pool and a tennis court.

Cowell is in escrow for the home, but his main pad in Los Angeles is a $15.5 million house in Beverly Hills.
