“Broad City” star and co-creator Abbi Jacobson has shelled out $1.59 million for a restored mid-century home in Silver Lake.

The two-story hillside abode includes just over 2,000 square feet and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office and a three-car garage atop a steep driveway, Variety reported. The interior is decked out with modern furnishings, a living room fireplace and a modernized kitchen.Wall-to-wall windows in the living room and a balcony at the front of the home offer views of the city below. The house also features a spacious covered patio with another fireplace, as well as a tiled backyard area.

The 33-year-old comic and writer is riding high on the killer ratings from her Comedy Central series this year. September’s season premiere came in with the second-highest ratings ever for the show, up 14 percent from the previous season premiere, according to Deadline.

She’s also co-starring in the upcoming Netflix drama “6 Balloons,” alongside Dave Franco, which is expected to be released next year. Franco’s brother James recently offloaded a two-bedroom home in Silver Lake for $1.35 million, almost double what he paid for it in 2012. [Variety] — Dennis Lynch
