Been down one time, but going back (on the market) again.

The Fleetwood Mac lead guitarist relisted his Brentwood property at its original price — $22.5 million – after it spent six months off the market.

Spanning almost 11,000 square feet, the Georgian-style home includes six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a screening room, spa room, library and a detached guesthouse, according to the Los Angeles Times. The property boasts manicured lawns and a swimming pool.

Buckingham purchased the property for $5.8 million, or about $527 a foot, in December 2012, deed records show. The new asking price comes out to about $2,045 a foot.

David Offer of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services has the listing.

Although best known for his work with the Grammy-winning band, Buckingham also released nine albums as a solo artist. He and his wife, Kristen Messner, also own an 8,000-square-foot home nearby, acquired in late 2005 for about $6.6 million. [LAT]– Natalie Hoberman
