Roger Birnbaum, a studio producer and executive, is seeking a deep-pocketed buyer for his 8,000-square-foot home in the Trousdale Estates neighborhood in Beverly Hills.

Birnbaum has listed the estate off-market at $33.75 million, Variety reported. That’s almost $14 million more than he paid just four years ago. Birnbaum has produced movies such as “Bruce Almighty,” “The Magnificent Seven,” and “Invictus.” He co-founded Spyglass Entertainment in 1998, and was chief executive of the film studio Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer.

The home was designed in 1956 by a favorite of Hollywood stars, architect Harold Levitt, and later appeared in the iconic “Four Days in L.A.” ad campaign for Versace. It’s long list of owners include real estate developer Brad Korzen and decorator Kelly Wearstler, media executive Rosalie Swedlin CIA analyst-turned-producer Robert Cort, and Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi.

The modern-style residence includes four bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Amenities include a 500-square-foot music room with baby grand piano, pool, marble fireplace and landscaped backyard. There is a poolside bar and fireplace outside.
