Ben Affleck is done with hunting, house hunting that is.
The actor is in the middle of closing on a 12,850-square-foot mansion in the Pacific Palisades for $19.25 million, Variety reported. Affleck and his girlfriend, “Saturday Night Live” producer Lindsay Shookus, were seen shopping for houses in October.
Located in the Riviera neighborhood, the house includes seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Amenities at the newly constructed home include a poolside guesthouse, library, game room and outdoor fireplace. Gary Glass of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services had the listing.
The “Good Will Hunting” and “Batman” franchise actor won’t be too far from his old residence, which he shared with his former wife, actress Jennifer Garner, and their kids. The couple paid $17.55 million for that property, found on Mandeville Canyon, in 2009.
Affleck also owns a 7,000-square-foot residence in Georgia. [Variety] — Natalie Hoberman
