Ed Fishman, a gaming and entertainment veteran, must be feeling lucky.
The game show producer has relisted his home on private Escondido Beach Road in Malibu for $23.9 million, nearly $4 million more than he initially asked for last year.
Spanning 6,100 square feet, the two-story home features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the Los Angeles Times reported. The double-lot, oceanfront residence also comes equipped with a koi pond, a wine cellar, music room and an elevator that services the garage and basement.
Fishman paid $3.4 million for the home in 1994, records show. It was built in 1991 for Leonard Katzman, the late film and television producer best known for “Dallas,” the nighttime soap opera hit.
For the relisting, he hired Eytan Levin of 4 Malibu Real Estate, who now shares the listing with Ellen Francisco of Coldwell Banker, his previous broker.
Fishman has produced gambling TV shows such as “Diamond Head” and “Dealer’s Choice.” He hosted gaming events across the country, and he also co-founded the Access Records label with Dick Clark. [LAT] – Natalie Hoberman
