This week in celebrity real estate one was one of couples and reimagined properties — and prices. A rapper and his billionaire girlfriend picked up a pad in 90210, the former home of a famed space cowboy entered the market and the owners of a former Spanish-language-television titan’s mansion officially listed it as the priciest property in the country.

In may not be in the heart of the famed zip code, but rapper Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner scooped up a mansion in Beverly Hills Post Office for $13.5 million with the same 90210 zip code that Scott rapped about in his 2015 hit single “90210.” The 9,680-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and it includes a 2,200-square-foot master suite, gym, massage room, guest house and pool. It was the latest purchase for Jenner, a young billionaire and active home-flipper who has amassed an impressive real estate portfolio on par with her mother, Kris Jenner, and Kardashian half-siblings. The younger Jenner sold a home in Hidden Hills for $6.7 billion and purchased a 13,200-square-foot spec mansion in the same neighborhood for $12.4 million, among other trades.

In the more exclusive Beverly Hills enclave of Trousdale Estates, a London-based interior designer listed the former residence of “Star Wars” actor Billy Dee Williams for $13 million. After buying the 6,000-square-foot home for $2.79 million in 2012 with her partner, Michael McNeilly, Katy Heidy transformed the Mid-century Tiki Modern into a Balinese-themed retreat that includes Zen-like outdoor courtyards and wall-to-ceiling glass throughout. The couple extensively landscaped the grounds of the half-acre property, adding a pool pavilion that serves as a guest house, yoga studio or meditation space. McNeilly, a longtime Beverly Hills resident, is known for his SkyTag company, which drapes “supergraphic” signs around skyscrapers and other buildings as a form of advertising.

In neighboring Bel Air, the owners of the former estate of Univision billionaire Jerrold Perenchio officially listed the Chartwell mansion for $245 million. While a record listing price for a house in the U.S., it might feel like a firesale to some after a $100 million discount from the previous pocket-listing price of $350 million. The 25,000-square-foot mansion was built in 1933 by Sumner Spaulding. It includes scaled formal rooms, a ballroom, and a 12,000-bottle wine cellar. It also has a guest house designed by Wallace Neff, a 75-foot swimming pool, a tennis court and covered parking area for 40 cars. Perenchio, the former CEO of Univision, expanded the estate with designer Henri Samuel and architect Pierre Barb.

Over in Malibu, Norwegian billionaire Torstein Hagen purchased a contemporary wood-and-glass home off-market for $11.4 million. The 4,600-square-foot house is just off Broad Beach Road in western Malibu, in a community called Sea Level Drive that has less celebrities that other parts of Malibu. Sam Zell, a fellow billionaire and the founder of Chicago-based Equity Residential, lives nearby. The home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread over two levels. Hagen is the founder of Viking Cruises, the world’s largest river cruise operation, which has its global marketing headquarters in Woodland Hills.

About an hour up the Pacific Coast Highway, a venture capitalist dropped $16 million for a large residence in Montecito, the tony and fire-ravaged neighborhood near Santa Barbara. Mitchell and Lisa Green acquired the seven-bedroom house from Edward and Sheri Glazer, owners of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Yolanda’s Little Black Book reported. Mitchell Green is the founder of Lead Edge Capital, a venture capital firm that has backed companies like Uber and Spotify. Spanning 3.6 acres, the Montecito home features a 10,110-square-foot main house with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. There’s also a tennis court, three fountains, rose gardens, a swimming pool and guest house on the property. Montecito is the home of other powerful celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and talk show host and perennial home-flipper Ellen DeGeneres, who recently spent $6.7 million for a ranch home in Carpinteria and also owns two other properties in the area.
