Ari Emanuel, co-CEO of talent agency William Morris Endeavor, wants to slim down his real estate holdings in Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon.
Less than two months after filing for divorce from his wife of 20 years, the powerhouse agent has listed his 8,000-square-foot mansion for $18.9 million, according to Yolanda’s Little Black Book. Emanuel and Sarah Addington split up about two years ago.
The listing also comes about five months after Emanuel spent $12 million to buy the house next door. It is possible both properties, which combine for 2 acres, could be sold together, according to the listing.
The home now on the market for $19 million was built in 1988 and renovated in 2014. It includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms and a detached, two-story guest house on the 0.75-acre grounds.
Emanuel paid $16.5 million for the mansion three years ago, records show. Before that, Chelsea Handler leased it for about $35,000 per month, Variety reported at the time.
Judy Feder of Hilton & Hyland has the listing.
