Talent manager Arthur Spivak, whose client roster has included superstar musical artists like Prince, has listed his French Country-inspired property in Beverly Hills for $9.9 million.
The 7,600-square-foot home has seven bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a gym, a yoga room, and a turf-lined dog spa, the Los Angeles Times reported. It was built in 1988 on a 0.3-acre property at 618 N. Palm Drive.
Spivak purchased the property in 2001 for $3.2 million, according to property records.
He started Spivak Entertainment in the 1990s, and has also managed Tori Amos, Queens of the Stone Age, 30 Seconds to Mars, Yellowcard and Three Days Grace.
Rochelle Maize and Gayle Weiss of Nourmand & Associates have the listing.
Despite a recent slowdown in the high-end residential market, Beverly Hills has continued to see big sales and even bigger price tags. Down the road from Spivak, Ecto Homes purchased a 12-unit property for 23.3 million at 427 N. Palm Drive last August.
More recently, Steven and Laura Dunn listed their 21,000-square-foot estate in Beverly Hills for $72 million. [LAT] – Gregory Cornfield
