Former NBA all-star David Lee retired from basketball in 2017, but he just registered a loss.

The ex-power forward sold an unfinished condominium at Sierra Towers in West Hollywood for $11 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. Lee purchased the three-unit property for $13.5 million two years ago from real estate investor Thomas J. Swann III. He listed it for $22.5 million a few months later.

The 5,600-square-foot condo takes up half a floor in the 31-story building just off the Sunset Strip on Doheny Road. Lee played for five teams over 12 seasons, and helped the Golden State Warriors win the championship in 2015.

Hilton & Hyland’s Paul Stukin and Joshua Greer were the listing agents. Greer also represented the buyer.

The luxury tower has attracted big names in the past. Rihanna, Elton John, Sandra Bullock, Cher, and Lindsay Lohan have reportedly called Sierra Towers home. Earlier this year, Evan Metropoulos, son of the founder of Pabst Brewing Company and Hostess Brands, cut the asking price for his two-unit condo there from $58 million to $38 million.
