Richard Nixon’s former oceanfront estate in San Clemente has re-listed at another sharp price chop.

The Spanish Colonial Revival-style home on a 5.45-acre spread is on the market for $57.5 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

That’s down 23 percent from the original ask of $75 million. It’s also down from last year’s list price of $63.5 million. The owner is Gavin Herbert, founder of Allergan Pharmaceuticals.

The 37th president and his wife Pat lived in the home during his time in office, earning it the nickname “Western White House,” or “La Casa Pacifica.” The home’s long list of celebrity visitors include a Japanese prime minister, a Soviet leader a former president, and ol’ blue eyes.

The 9,000-square-foot main house has seven bedrooms, along with a two-bedroom guest house, a swimming pool, tennis court and manicured gardens.
