It may not be a penthouse on New York’s Upper East Side, but “Sex and the City” star Kristin Davis has put her real-life property on the market for sale.

The actress has listed her Brentwood compound for $3.3 million, Mansion Global reported.

Located on Jeffersonia Way, the property features a main house and back house. Combined, they include four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths within about 4,000 square feet of living space.

Amenities include an eight-person screening room and yoga studio. Davis bought the home for $690,000 in 1998, records show.

Mimi and Maureen McCormick of Compass have the listing.

In addition to the hit sitcom, Davis has held roles in television shows like “Melrose Place” and most recently, “Bad Teacher.” Last year, she bought a five-bedroom home in Brentwood for about $5.3 million. [Mansion Global] – Natalie Hoberman
