Douglas Elliman agent and “Million Dollar Listing” star Tracy Tutor is looking for a hefty for her client on a Brentwood mansion. The client? Tracy Tutor.
Tutor has listed her expansive home for $24 million, nearly twice as much as what she paid for it new in 2009, according to Curbed.
The 10,900-square-foot home was designed by architect Steve Giannetti.
The home has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. There’s also a guest house and a pool on the roughly 1-acre property. Tutor lived at the home with her daughters and her husband of more than a decade, Jason Maltas. The two have since divorced, and in an interview with People magazine about the listing, Tutor said she was “ready to turn the page and start fresh.”
Tutor joined “Million Dollar Listings Los Angeles” in late 2017, becoming the first female cast member.
She is the daughter of Tutor/Perini founder Ronald Tutor and worked at the construction giant before moving over to residential real estate. [Curbed] — Dennis Lynch
