One of the “Three Amigos” has listed one of his casas in the Beverly Hills Post Office area.

Actor, comedian, author and banjo player Steve Martin put the property up for sale next to his main house, the Los Angeles Times reported. What does it mean? That anyone who buys the $2.15 million home would be neighbors with the “wild and crazy” guy.

Martin purchased the property in 1997 for $995,000. The two-story home was built in 1957 and includes four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms over almost 2,000 square feet. Myra Nourmand of Nourmand & Associates holds his listing.

The 1.1-acre property is on Calle Juela Drive. It’s next to the actor’s main estate, which he purchased for $3 million in 1995 from actors Corbin Bernsen and Amanda Pays.

The Beverly Hills Post Office area has more than its share of celebrity homeowners.

Earlier this month, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale cut the price on their mansion there by 31 percent to $24 million, adding to the narrative of a softening high-end market. In April, actress-turned-location scout Ronnie Mellen listed her 1,500-square-foot home there for $25 million. Last October, billionaire Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend, rapper Travis Scott, purchased a home in the neighborhood for $13.5 million.

Martin starred in films like “Three Amigos” and “The Father of the Bride,” and has been a frequent host on “Saturday Night Live.” [LAT]Gregory Cornfield
