The tally for Los Angeles County’s five priciest residential listings of the week was 70 percent lower than the previous week’s crop. It coincided with a brush fire that burned more than 400 acres on the Westside, prompting evacuation orders for about 10,000 homes, and putting luxury homeowners on edge.

Just one new listing for the week came with a price tag over $10 million, although several higher-priced properties had price cuts.

The top listings of the week totaled $38.7 million, far below the $128 million total from the week before. That was boosted by two big listings in Brentwood and Beverly Hills.

The data and information was compiled from the Multiple Listing Service and Redfin from Oct. 29-Nov. 4.

2705 Ocean Front | Venice | $11M
A home that has less than 4,000 square feet rarely tops the weekly list, but square footage isn’t everything. This 3,850-square-foot home built in 2015 sits on Venice’s beachfront near its trademark canals. The Cape Cod-inspired home has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master suite takes up the entire second floor and includes a balcony overlooking the beach and the Pacific. The asking price pencils out $2,857 per square foot. Kurt Rappaport and Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency have the listing.

519 N. Maple Drive | Beverly Hills Flats | $7.5M
A 1928-built Spanish-style home in Beverly Hills Flats hit the market asking $1,626 per square foot. The 4,610-square-foot home has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The interiors have dark wood floors and exposed beams, keeping with the Spanish-influence design. The hedge-lined backyard has a patio, pool, and a spa. Michael Libow with Compass has the listing.

1344 San Remo Drive | Pacific Palisades | $6.9M
This Tuscan-style home was built in 2002 and rises three stories to maximize its views. The home spans 6,269 square feet and has six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The asking price pencils out to $1,100 per square foot. The home has a unique backyard. The pool sits a full floor below the backyard patio area, fed by a waterfall from the spa above. Leslie A. Woodward with Beverly and Company has the listing.

3301 Pine Avenue | Manhattan Beach | $6.8M
This Manhattan Beach property is a two-for-one special of sorts. It packages in a 3,400-square-foot main house and a 2,400-square-foot guest house on a parcel measuring under a quarter of an acre. The main house has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and the guest house adds another bedroom and two bathrooms. The backyard is lined with bamboo trees and includes an outdoor living room with a fireplace, a pool, and two spas. The ask pencils out to $1,179 per square foot. Edward Kaminsky of Strand Hill Christies International Real Estate has the listing.

Rounding out the top listings is this 4,662-square-foot home sitting across from the Riviera Country Club. The property spans about a third of an acre and the home dates to 1952.
