Actor Jon Voight is relisting a 3.4-acre development opportunity in Beverly Crest at a sharp discount.

The property, which includes a 3,500-square-foot home, is back on the market for $14 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. That’s a 30 percent drop from the $20 million the actor offered it for in August 2019.

While Voight is flexible with pricing, it appears he’s still tightly guarding details about the property. Marketing materials from the property’s first round on the market did not provide many details.

It does have a remodeled two-story Mid-century home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The home has a back deck and a walkway leading to a brick patio at the swimming pool. The property is mostly flat, comprising a half-dozen parcels and is between Beverly Glen Park and Franklin Canyon Park, the Times reported.

Last year, it was only available for a tour with an accepted offer.

Rick Brucker Realty marketed the property last year as a development opportunity, calling it a “once in a lifetime opportunity to build the home of your dreams.”

Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman now have the listing.

The Los Angeles market has seen a wave of land listings over the last few years. At least 317 acres of vacant land in Beverly Hills and Bel Air alone hit the market during the nine months or so between the summer of 2018 and early 2019.

David Geffen bought a one-acre development property in Beverly Hills’ “Billionaire Row” for $30 million last year, although that property came with entitlements for a 24,500-square-foot mansion. [LAT]Dennis Lynch
