Jordana Reuben Yechiel, daughter of real estate mogul David Reuben, paid $29.4 million for a massive Beverly Hills estate that had been on the market for twice that much.

The deal for the 26,800-square-foot mansion at 808 Rexford Drive closed late last year but was only just identified in records, according to Dirt.com. The amount is half the property’s $58.9 million asking price when it hit the market in 2017.

The seller was Alan Casden, an investor who built the mansion on the 1.68-acre estate in 1998. The mansion includes a home theater with its own fireplace, a billiards room and a double-height library. There are two guesthouses and a tennis court on the property, which includes a large model train set in the backyard. There is also a large swimming pool with a waterfall feature.

Keeley Smith of Hilton & Hyland last had the listing before it was taken off the market.

In mid-2017, Yachiel — whose billionaire father co-runs investment firm Reuben Brothers — bought Kimora Lee Simmons’ Beverly Park home for $15.7 million in an off-market deal. Simmons paid $25 million for the mansion in 2017.
