DCW has leased a 115,700-square-foot warehouse in Rancho Dominguez in a deal valued at $10.1 million.

The Torrance-based logistics firm leased the single-story building at 3040 East Ana Street, in the unincorporated pocket between Compton and Long Beach, the Commercial Observer reported

The duration of the lease from landlord JQC Industrial was not disclosed.

Daum Commercial represented JCQ in the deal, while The Klabin Company represented DCW.

The property, built in 1970, has flexible office space, skylights, ceilings higher than 20 feet and parking for 35 containers or trailers, according to Loopnet. Palms line the street out front.
