DCW has leased a 115,700-square-foot warehouse in Rancho Dominguez in a deal valued at $10.1 million.
The Torrance-based logistics firm leased the single-story building at 3040 East Ana Street, in the unincorporated pocket between Compton and Long Beach, the Commercial Observer reported.

The property, built in 1970, has flexible office space, skylights, ceilings higher than 20 feet and parking for 35 containers or trailers, according to Loopnet. Palms line the street out front.
The logistics warehouse is within a few blocks of the 91, 710 and 405 freeways, with the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach eight miles to the south.
Industrial vacancy rates in West and South Los Angeles County increased by 0.17 percent last quarter, according to Daum. Third-quarter industrial sales volume rose 43 percent from the second quarter.
In October, the AIDS Healthcare Foundation bought a 54,000-square-foot distribution warehouse in Carson for $20 million.
During the same month, LAX Freight Delivery signed a lease for a 123,100-square-foot industrial building in Commerce for undisclosed terms.
