JLL made two recent personnel moves: Dillon Bergum, who joined the Southern California multifamily investment sales team, and Paul Brindley, who returned to the U.S. to co-head the Los Angeles capital markets office.
Bergum, throughout his career, closed about $6 billion in trades — and prior to landing at JLL, was on a Newmark capital markets team. He had stints at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.
Brindley was based in Singapore, where he helmed JLL’s Asia-Pacific debt and structured finance business. He has been with JLL, via a merger, for more than two decades. Some of Brindley’s major Los Angeles transactions include $1 billion floating rate debt for CBS Studio Center and a $380 million mezzanine loan for the Pendry hotel.
