February Deal Notches Tops Agoura Hills Home Sales List

A $6.1 million deal in February notched the No. 1 spot on Agoura Hills’ single-family house sales list in the first three quarters of 2025, according to Los Angeles County tax assessor data.

The home, at 28888 Lake Vista Drive, sold on Feb. 7 for roughly $927 per square foot.

This is the latest installment in a feature providing a weekly update on top sales by market segment, based on TRD Data for given periods. Since full-year data is not yet available at the tax assessor’s office, The Real Deal used county data to rank the top sales for the first three quarters. The home on Lake Vista Drive is 6,524 square feet with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The 2023-built house comes on a 3.4-acre lot with three parking spaces.

Sandro Dazzan and Cody Garcia of The Agency represented the seller in the deal, and Brett Decsy and Maria Blazer of Pinnacle Estate Properties represented the buyer.

Located in the private community of Malibou Lake, 28888 Lake Vista Drive offers complete privacy and is accessed via a private 400-foot driveway. The open-concept floor plan has a wine wall and a screening room. The chef’s kitchen includes a butler’s pantry. The primary suite has two walk-in closets, a fireplace, balcony, and a spa-like bathroom. Additional highlights include en-suite bedrooms and an indoor-outdoor gym. Outside, there is an infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, landscaped grounds and an over 1,700-square-foot rooftop.

The second-priciest house on the list in Agoura Hills is 27453 Park Vista Drive, which sold for $5.8 million in an off-market deal on Aug. 15. The 5,703-square-foot house went for roughly $1,008 per square foot. Third on the list is 32099 Lobo Canyon Road, which on Feb. 19 sold for $5.4 million, or roughly $730 per square foot for the 7,400-square-foot home.
