Newport Home Once Owned by Heather and Terry Dubrow Hits Market

The owner of reality TV stars Heather and Terry Dubrow’s former Newport Coast mansion is shopping the custom build for $62 million.

That would be about a 13 percent premium over what the seller paid for 2 Coral Ridge in 2022 and equates to $3,080 per square foot.

If sold for anywhere close to the asking price, the trade would be Orange County’s priciest resi deal this year, according to Zillow records. That would topple 20 Castellina Drive in Newport Beach, which sold for $43.6 million in January and is currently the county’s highest-priced sale of 2026.

It would also be another notch on the belt of 2 Coral Ridge, which held the county record for the year when “The Real Housewives of Orange County” cast members sold the home to the current owner in 2022 for $55 million, or $2,732 per square foot.

The seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom residence is over 20,000 square feet and sits on over half an acre. Aside from views of Newport Harbor and Catalina Island, the home touts a salon, two offices, a professional bar, gaming rooms and a theater.

The Coral Ridge listing, which is held by Ginger and Alexandra Glass of Compass, comes a little over a year after the limited liability company that owns the property won an Orange County Superior Court fraud case over the title to the coastal estate.

Attorneys for the current seller went to court in 2024 after records surfaced of an ownership transfer to Nicholas Phipps White of Beverly Hills. A judge ruled the transfer documents to White void last year.

The LLC affiliated with the Newport Coast mansion is reportedly tied to Gu Fang, wife of Chinese billionaire Xu Hang. Hang made his fortune off co-founding medical device maker Mindray Medical.

The sale of the former Dubrow residence kicked off a buying spree of upscale real estate tied to several celebrities throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties for the shell company.

After the purchase of the Dubrow residence, the LLC snapped up Mark Wahlberg and Rhea Durham’s home at 71 Beverly Park for $55 million in 2023. The following year the same buyer, which listed the 71 Beverly Park address on the deed, paid $20.8 million for Rihanna’s former 40th-floor penthouse at The Century condominium tower at 1 West Century Drive.
