Isn’t it lovely: Stevie Wonder’s former Calabasas mansion relisted for nearly half of 2025 ask

“Signed, Sealed, Delivered” singer, ex-wife purchased estate in 2000

Stevie Wonder with 5192 Parkway

The onetime Calabasas home of Stevie Wonder is back on the market for a notably lower price than when it first came up for sale.

The 3-acre estate at 5192 Parkway Calabasas is available for purchase for $9.7 million, Mansion Global reported. Wonder and his ex-wife Kai Milla-Morris lived there from when they purchased the home together in 2000 for nearly $2.9 million until their divorce in 2012, the Wall Street Journal reported. Wonder moved out, but Milla-Morris stayed while raising their kids.

The home first hit the market in March 2025 for $15 million. Milla-Morris told the Wall Street Journal that they decided to sell the property after their two sons, born in 2001 and 2005, grew up. The home was relatively new when they bought it the same year they got married in the Bahamas, and they opted not to take on extensive renovations while living there.

“As a young bride and a mother, I had no interest in doing anything to the house,” Milla-Morris told the Wall Street Journal last year. “I had to let them be kids. They’re going to mark the wall, put fingerprints everywhere. Just forget about it.”

The property spans 11,120 square feet and boasts multiple kitchens and dining rooms as well as a custom wine display and an office with a fireplace and a balcony. Unsurprisingly, Wonder’s former abode has a dedicated piano room. “Steve, even the incredible musician as he is, he practiced every single day,” Milla-Morris said. “We have several pianos throughout the house that the kids learned on.”

The mansion has six bedrooms in total, including a primary suite with two sitting lounges as well as a two-sided marble fireplace, a terrace, a bathroom with an infrared sauna and a sizable custom closet. The grounds include a swimming pool and spa outside with landscaping features including lavender and rosemary gardens and pomegranate trees.

The listing is held by Ashley Glover and Michelle Tepper of Sotheby’s International Realty – Sherman Oaks Brokerage.
