Toll Brothers has started construction on a 15-story, 23-unit condo. The finished project, which is expected to hit the market next summer or fall, will feature several full-floor units at the top of the building and ground-floor retail. Toll, which purchased the distressed site from developer Trevor Davis, has also developed Northside Piers in Brooklyn and 303 East 33rd Street in Murray Hill.

Prices have been cut on the seven remaining residences at the nine-story, 79-unit building, to bring them in line with similar homes currently on the market in the area.
