Mott Street mixed-use apartment buildings for sale
A package of four adjacent apartment buildings encompassing a total of 40,788 square feet is on sale for $40 million at 246-252 Mott Street in the Little Italy Historic District. The six-story walk-up properties were renovated in 1987. The buildings include 87 apartment units — 10 of which are rent-stabilized — as well as eight retail stores, plus basements. John Ciraulo, Robert Burton, Craig Waggner and Clyde McGraw of Massey Knakal Realty Services are marketing the property.
Prewar building listed in Chelsea
A 57,706-square-foot apartment building is on sale at 112-126 Ninth Avenue, also known as 364 West 18th Street, in Chelsea for $36 million. The six-story prewar building has 64 residential units and eight retail units spanning 131 feet of frontage on Ninth Avenue. The property is divided into two wings connected by a central hallway and served by two passenger elevators. Eastern Consolidated’s Brian Ezratty, Azita Aghravi and Paul Nigido are the listing agents.

UES office mansion hits market
A Class C office building built in 1900 is on the market, with an asking price of $29 million. The 13,000-square- foot property is a six-story limestone mansion at 45 East 65th Street, between Madison and Park avenues, home to the Albert Ellis Institute. It has a commercial certificate of occupancy, allowing the owner flexibility in designing the building. The 25-foot-wide building features an elevator and a full-height usable basement and subbasement. Steve Chasanoff of Colliers International Realty is marketing the property.

Mixed-use property for sale
A four-story Class C office building with street-level retail is on sale for $29 million at 940 Eighth Avenue, between West 55th and 56th streets in Columbus Circle. The property has 23,400 square feet of rentable above-grade space in addition to 5,000 square feet of basement space and 50 feet of frontage on Eighth Avenue. There are two retail tenants: Lenny’s occupies 1,500 feet on the ground floor and basement, and Republic Food occupies 3,000 square feet on the ground floor. Technical Career Institute, or TCI, occupies 18,900 square feet on floors two through four. Eastern Consolidated’s Stuart Gross, Scott Ellard and Max Bryce have the listing.

Multifamily apartment building on the market in Manhattan
A 107,530-square-foot apartment building, the Beaumont, at 730 Riverside Drive and West 150th Street in Harlem, is for sale for $23 million. The prewar Art Deco building was built in 1920 and renovated in 1986. The 11-story corner property has 63 apartments and is 87 percent occupied. Of the eight vacancies, seven units are market-rate. Gross, Ellard and Bryce from Eastern Consolidated are marketing the multifamily property.

Mixed-use building for sale downtown
A 9,000-square-foot multifamily building is on sale for $20 million at 285 Bleecker Street in Greenwich Village. The five-story property, which was built in 1900, has eight rent-controlled apartments and two retail stores. Roger Hart of Downtown Commercial Real Estate has the listing.
