Plantation’s planning and zoning board rejected in a 7-0 vote a land-use amendment that would allow a 230-unit condo development to be built at Jacaranda Country Club golf course. The complex would have 10 six-story buildings and 10 four-story buildings. The board’s vote is only a recommendation – the City Council will make a final decision on the matter at a later date.
