New lease could mean build-out for Florida Atlantic R&D Park

Indianapolis-based developer HDG Mansur has taken over the long-term lease of the state-owned Florida Atlantic Research & Development Park previously leased to Head Construction. HDG Mansur is expected to take a more active building role with the property’s undeveloped land, which includes 17 acres in Boca Raton adjacent to Florida Atlantic University, as well as 14 acres in Deerfield Beach.
