Several sites at Miami International Airport are on track for development. A 30-acre parcel near the Dolphin long-term parking garage is slated to become a conference center; a 3-acre parcel is slated for a hotel; and a gas station, dry cleaner and pet hotel are slated for 8 acres near LeJeune Road and Central Boulevard. Aviation department representatives are slated to appear before the county commission’s Airport & Tourism Committee on Thursday to seek approval on the plan’s next step.
