A $6.25 million estate has sold in Martin County, on the St. Lucie River, bringing confidence into the luxury housing market there. A couple from Birmingham, Al. purchased the 9,513-square-foot Cashel Estate, which was built in 1922. Another large sale in the area this month was builder Mercedes Homes’ trade of a 29.5-acre development in Port St. Lucie to the Church of God Prince of Peace for $1.35 million.
