Hollywood shopping center sells

An affiliate of Millbrook Acquisitions has purchased Hollywood Palms
Shopping Center in Hollywood for $26.5 million. The plaza, located at
6805-7031 Taft Street, was sold by Hollywood Palms in a transaction
brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. The 210,000-square-foot shopping
center, which was built in 1961, was renovated in 2000 and received a
20,000-square-foot addition in 2007. Its tenants now include Publix
Supermarkets, Walgreen’s, Goodwill Industries, Bealls Outlet, Dollar
General and Rent-A-Center. TRD
