Three of Palm Beach’s 5,500 residential property owners received tax bills for more than $1 million each. Fast food mogul and financier Nelson Peltz tops the list with a $1.6 million property tax bill for his 7.4-acre Montsorrel estate at 545 North Country Road, and its 6-acre counterpart property across the street at 548 North Country Road. The two have a taxable value of $95.2 million. Russian fertilizer magnate Dmitry Rybolovlev, who paid an eye-popping $95 million for Donald Trump’s oceanfront estate at 515 North Country Rd., will face a $1.1 million tax bill for his estate, which has a taxable value of $65 million. Dwight C. Schar, who named his Palm Beach home Casa Apava, will face a $1 million tax bill on the property’s taxable value of $59.2 million.
