Herald seeks exec suite subtenant

The Miami Herald is seeking to sublease 50,000 square feet of office space in its executive office suites on the sixth floor of One Herald Plaza. The publication hopes to rent out that portion for $32 a square foot, or $1.6 million a year. Coral Gables-based Continental Real Estate Cos. has been hired to handle the deal. The newspaper’s headquarters total 750,000 square feet of space.
