Miami auto dealer Norman Braman’s fight against public financing for a new Florida Marlins baseball stadium received a knockout blow on Tuesday. Miami-Dade County Manager George Burgess said the county was comfortable and extremely confident in its position, its motivations and its view of the benefits of a new stadium.
