FedEx Ground shops distribution centers

FedEx Ground is looking to sell off its portfolio of two Class A
distribution centers in Bradenton and West Palm Beach, with a total of
220,664 square feet. The Bradenton building, which is slated for
completion in January 2009, is 123,367 square feet with expansion
potential of over 48,500 square feet. The West Palm Beach location,
which was completed last year, is 97,297 square feet, with possible
expansion of up to 21,000 square feet. Both properties are 100 percent leased to long-term tenants. CB Richard Ellis has been hired to market the
portfolio; FedEx Ground is willing to sell it in pieces or as a whole. TRD
