Office vacancies up in Palm Beach

Palm Beach County saw office vacancies increase 2.7 percentage points in the third quarter to 19.6 percent from 16.9 percent during the same period last year, according to a report from CB Richard Ellis released today. The report attributes the increase to eight projects that went on the market this year.
